I enjoyed my stay in a spacious Deluxe Queen Room, appreciated the delightful rooftop pool with stunning views, and found the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The convenient on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, making dining easy and enjoyable.
Noisy due to nearby activities.

I recently enjoyed a bright, spacious room with a fabulous rooftop pool for relaxing, but the swimming pool was smaller than expected from the photos. I'd definitely stay here again!

You won't want to miss the nearby Buritto Majadero for killer tacos and Helados Yomi for the best ice cream around. The A/C and fan in the room kept us cool after our culinary adventures. We even snagged a mini-fridge to store our goodies!
I don't even want to describe it in detail, so as not to relive all the horror and dirt of being in this roadside bug house. In short, DIRT, DISGUSTING DIRT, that it was scary to touch anything. The place felt neglected, with hair everywhere and lingering unpleasant odors. I can't stress how loud it was, both day and night.

a rooftop pool to remember
The view from the infinity pool was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was a significant issue. the towels were stained, and there were persistent noises throughout the night that disrupted our sleep.

The staff here was super helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room, the Superior Family Room, was spacious and had a great view over the city. The location is perfect, just a short walk to 5th Avenue and the beach, which made exploring easy. I loved the new shop and cafe added to the front of the building. great for a quick bite! However, I did notice a noise issue at night, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. The pool was nice, but it felt a bit crowded at peak times. Overall, a solid place to stay with some minor improvements needed for a better night’s rest.

The rooftop pool exceeded my expectations in size, providing a great spot to unwind after a day’s exploration. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortable throughout my stay. However, the hotel is a bit of a trek from the main transport hubs, which might be inconvenient for some. Noise from nearby activities disrupted sleep at times, and the internet connection could be spotty during peak hours.

The hotel provided an enjoyable stay for my family, especially the spacious room we had, which made it easier for my elderly parents to navigate. We loved exploring the nearby beach and found the staff to be very accommodating.
My children wished the Wi-Fi had been more reliable.
